Paul was born in São Paulo, Brazil. He moved to Canada with his parents in 1989, when he was 16 years of age. Paul and his family were determined to succeed and become proud and full members of the Canadian Society.

Paul met his wife Luciana in High School, and they have been inseparable since. Today they have two beautiful children.

Paul works as a Service Director for Canada's largest Airline and is also the Commanding Officer of a Sea Cadet unit, holding the Canadian Forces Naval rank of Lieutenant (Navy).

Paul and his family are all fully bilingual (English/Portuguese) and are very proud Canadians, who are equally proud of their heritage, language and culture. Paul is the recipient of the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal and the Navy League Long Service Medal

Paul is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Toronto in the field of Anthropology.

Paul has two children and lives with his family in Mississauga, Ontario
